Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种环形炉隔墙,是一种应用于可分区加热管环的环形炉的隔墙。它至少有三根支撑梁1,通过连接件与这些支撑梁相连接且其断面为似倒梯形结构的骨架2,与骨架2左、右、下三面固定联接的锚固砖3,固接在锚固砖周围的耐高温层4,位于骨架和耐高温材料之间的隔热层5组成,骨架2的下端面上设有缝隙6。具有结构合理,一次性建成,不需要任何外部设备,而且造价低,使用寿命长,使环形炉分区明显,隔热效果显著的优点,可使环形炉节能达到30%以上,并且大大提高了管坯加热处理速度,提高了工作效率。
The utility model discloses an annular furnace partition wall which is an annular furnace used to divide heating tube ring. The device consists of at least three support beams 1, a skeleton 2 which connects with the support beam by connector and has resembling inverted ladder structure section, an anchorage brick 3 which connect with left, right, and lower three sides of the skeleton 2 fixedly, a resisting high temperature layer 4 which connects surrounding the anchorage brick fixedly, and a heat insulation layer 5 which is arranged between the skeleton and the resisting high temperature material. The lower end surface of the skeleton 2 is provided with a gap 6. The device is reasonable in structure and disposable in building, without any external device, but with low cost, long service life, obvious annular furnace partition, and significant heat insulation, which can make annular furnace save energy above 30%, improve tube blank heat treatment speed greatly, and increase work efficiency.
