Abstract

一种复卷机用自动供芯管结构,主要包括装置在复卷机机架上的支架板、芯管盒、可同步推出两复卷辊之间的已复卷好的纸卷和将备用芯管推至两复卷辊之间的推动装置,该推动装置由位于支架上的滑板、可带动滑板前、后滑动的带动机构、设置在滑板前部的推纸辊组成,其中芯管盒出口位于滑板的前上方位置,推纸辊与滑板前端之间形成有可容纳一芯管的槽道。本实用新型由于巧妙地在滑块前方设置有可转动的推纸辊,在省略了动力机构的同时,使复卷装置在复卷过程中,既能可靠而稳定地将已复卷好的卷纸向前推出,又能保证备用芯管不会产生移动。且结构简单、巧妙、工作可靠、实用性强。
An automatic core tube feeding structure for a rewinder comprises essentially a support board, a core tube box and a pushing mechanism mounted on a rewinder stand. The pushing mechanism can synchronously push rewinded paper rolls between two rewinding rollers out and push reserve core tubes into between the two rewinding rollers. The pushing mechanism consists of a slide board on a support, a driving mechanism is able to drive the slide board to slide forwards and backwards, and a paper pushing roller arranged at the front part of the slide board, wherein, the outlet of the core tube box is positioned at the front upper part of the slide board; a slot which can contain a core tube is formed between the paper pushing roller and the front end of the slide board. Since the front of a slider is ingeniously arranged with a rotatable paper pushing roller, the utility model, without the need to arrange a power mechanism, makes a rewinding device able to reliably and steadily push forwards the rewinded roll papers without moving the reserve core tubes, and, in addition, has the advantages of simple structure, flexible design, reliable performance and strong practicability.
