Abstract

本实用新型涉及了一种矿用双电源自动切换智能瓦斯控制系统,该控制系统内部设有两个腔体,每个腔体内部都安装有控制箱,该系统上端设有接线腔,下端设有滤波单元,滤波单元上端设有层叠式母线极板,整流单元和逆变单元固定在热管散热器的基板上,整流单元、逆变单元和滤波单元通过层叠式母线极板相连接,逆变单元和驱动电路相连接,双机切换单元和控制电路相连接,电流传感器单元和变压器单元设在每个腔体的侧壁上,显示单元和按钮单元设在每个腔体的前门上,放电电阻单元设在滤波单元和前门中间,触发单元设在整流单元上面的隔爆面上,充电电阻设在每个腔体内部的隔爆面上。本实用新型可在两台通风机之间进行快速的双电源自动切换。
The utility model relates to a double-power automatic-switch smart gas control system applied in mines. The system is provided with two cavity bodies, each with a control box therein, a wiring cavity at the upper section and a filter unit at the lower section. The filter unit is arranged with a cascading bus panel. A rectifier unit and an inverter unit are fixed on the substrate of a heat-dissipater of a heat tube. The rectifier unit, the inverter unit and the filter unit are connected via the cascading bus panel. The inverter unit is connected with a driving circuit. A double-switch unit is connected with a control circuit. An electric current sensor unit and a transformer unit are arranged on the side walls of each cavity. A display unit and a button unit are arranged on the front door of each cavity. A discharge resistance unit is arranged between the filter unit and the front door. A triggering unit is arranged on the flameproof surface of the rectifier unit. A charging resistance is arranged on the flameproof surface inside each cavity. The utility model can automatically switch power between two fans rapidly.
