Abstract

The utility model provides an impacting billiard rod with a damping ferrule, which is provided with a shaft, a ferrule which is fixedly connected with the shaft and a head pad which is fixedly connected with the ferrule. The shaft is provided with a tenon and an external cirque shoulder restrained by the tenon. The ferrule is provided with an opening end, an enclosed end and an internal hole. The internal hole is provided with a front end and a rear end; the internal diameter of the front end is larger than that of the rear end in order to form an internal cirque shoulder. The tenon is compactly arranged at the front end; the top surface of the tenon tightly abuts on the internal cirque shoulder; the head face of the opening end of the ferrule is tightly abuts on the external cirque shoulder. In this way, the ferrule can be stably and fixedly connected with the shaft, while the rear end of the internal hole of the ferrule forms a damping space which is used for absorbing the wallop generated when the billiard rod beats a ball.
