本实用新型公开了一种蜂窝角状顺逆流粮食烘干机,包括烘干塔,所述烘干塔设置在底座上,在烘干塔的上下分别设有进料口和出料口,在所述烘干塔内设有多层角状通风层,在所述烘干塔内自上向下依次设置有顺流烘干段、逆流烘干段和顺逆流冷却段,在所述顺流烘干段内横向设有蜂窝状通风层,在所述顺流烘干段、逆流烘干段和顺逆流冷却段的每段之间分别设有热缓苏段。本实用新型烘干后的粮食品质好、色泽鲜亮,而且比现有粮食烘干机更加节约燃料。
The utility model discloses a honeycomb horny co-current and counter-current grain drier. The grain drier comprises a drying tower which is arranged on a base; an inlet orifice and an outlet orifice are respectively arranged at the upper and the lower parts of the drying tower; multiple horny ventilation layers are arranged in the drying tower; a co-current drying section, a counter-current drying section and a co-current cooling section are arranged in sequence from the top to the bottom in the drying tower; a honeycomb ventilation layer is arranged transversely in the co-current drying section; thermal delay sections are respectively arranged between every two of the co-current drying section, the counter-current drying section and the co-current cooling section. The grain or food after being dried by the utility model has good quality and bright color. The utility model saves more fuels than the current grain drier.
