Abstract

本实用新型涉及测量两个或更多个压力差值的设备或仪表,特别是一种智能电容式差压变送器固定连接结构。解决现有智能电容式差压变送器中振荡电路板分离元件多、稳定性、抗干扰能力差及其主电路板和显示模块电路板电路连接不便的问题。其技术方案包括有:形成外表并安装变送器部件的T形管壳;螺接于水平管壳一端的显示窗盖;螺接于水平管壳另端的端盖;安装于高、低压管接口间的垂直管壳内的敏感元件及温度传感器;以螺柱、螺钉叠层螺接于水平管壳内隔板螺孔的圆形主电路板和显示模块电路板;连接主电路板和显示模块电路板电路的接插件及其间的排线。本实用新型使变送器电路板减少、电路连接良好并便于变送器整体检侧和调试。

The technical proposal comprises a T-shaped tube shell which is formed at the appearance and is provided with a transmitter part, a display window cover which is connected by bolts with one end of a horizontal tube shell, an end cover which is connected by bolts with the other end of the horizontal tube shell, a sensitive element and a temperature sensor which are arranged in a vertical tube shell between a higher pressure tube interface and a lower pressure tube interface, and a circular main circuit board and a display module circuit board which are connected by screw poles and bolts in the clapboard screw holes in the horizontal tube shell, connectors and wires between the connectors which are used to connect the main circuit board and the display module circuit board circuit. The utility model has the advantages of reduced number of transmitter circuit boards, well connection of the circuit and convenient detection and debugging of the transmitter as an integral body.
