本实用新型公开了一种管道接头卡套后卡,后卡包括前端为锥面的后卡本体,所述的后卡本体上复合有一强化固溶体渗层;所述的强化固溶体渗层的厚度为10~30μm;所述的强化固溶体渗层为渗碳层、渗氮层或碳氮共渗层。本实用新型在后卡本体上通过热处理方法,复合上一层强化固溶体渗层,使后卡本体的外表面机械性能提高,强度增强,同时也保证了耐腐蚀的要求。
The utility model discloses a back ferrule for a pipeline connector ferrule, wherein the back ferrule comprises a back ferrule body the front end of which has a conical surface. The back ferrule body is compounded with a reinforced solid solution infiltration layer; the thickness of the reinforced solid solution infiltration layer is 10 to 30 um; the reinforced solid solution infiltration layer is a carburized layer, nitrided layer or carbonitrided layer. The back ferrule of the utility model is compounded with a reinforced solid solution infiltration layer by heat treatment, which enhances mechanical performance of the surface layer, enhances intensity, and meets the corrosion resistance requirements.
