本实用新型是一种新型卧式热风锅炉,包括横向安装在前烟箱(1)和后烟箱(9)之间的换热管(7),后烟箱(9)下方通过一烟气上升段连接燃烧室(11),在第一回程换热管的入烟气端内部,安装有陶瓷管(8)。通过在第一回程换热管中安装陶瓷管,减轻了换热管局部高温负荷,对换热管起到保护作用,使换热管使用寿命由原来的3—5年提高到8—10年。另一方面,通过安装分火砖使进入换热管的烟气分布更加均匀,将热风出口温度提高了20℃左右,热风炉的换热效率得以提高。

The utility model arranges a ceramic tube in the first return heat exchange tube, to reduce local high-temperature load of the heat exchange tube, to protect the heat exchange tube, thereby improving the service life of the heat exchange tube from 3-5 years to 8-10 years. And the utility model arranges deflection bricks to distribute the smoke in the heat exchange tube uniformly, to improve the temperature of the hot-air outlet of 20 DEG C around, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency of the hot-air furnace.
