Abstract

一种新型板状两面过滤微孔陶瓷,它采用过滤精度具有明显差别的两种材料制造,其内层采用过滤精度较低的材料,其表层采用过滤精度较高的材料,其上设有出水口,表层材料起过滤作用,内层材料起导流和强度作用。本实用新型新型板状两面过滤微孔陶瓷主要用于过滤饮用水,也可以用于过滤类似的卫生液体,与现有技术相比,其优点在于:过滤面积大、滤层厚度薄,在保证过滤精度不降低的前提下,可以减小过滤阻力,提高过滤水流量,从而使过滤设备可以设计得体积较小、成本较低。
A novel plate typed millipore ceramics capable of filtering with both sides is produced by two materials of greatly discriminative filter fineness. The inner layer employs material of lower filter fineness, and the surface layer uses material of higher filter fineness and is provided with water outlets. The surface layer material filters and the inner layer material guides flow and intensity. The novel plate typed millipore ceramics capable of filtering with both sides of the utility model is substantially used for filtering drinking water and similar sanitary fluid. Compared to existing technique, the utility model has the advantages that the filter area is larger, and the thickness of filter layer is thinner. Further, the utility model is capable of reducing filter resistance and increasing filter water flow on the premise that the filter fineness is not decreased, thereby filtering devices are capable of being designed with smaller volume and lower cost.
